I refer you to the days before UEFA's decision.
Liverpool announced that there was no way they'll come to Israel, even though UEFA did not even consider to ban games from Israel. Furthemore, even the head of Liverpool "fans" said that there was no way he'll come - that means he's a coward, no class or nothing. What's so classy about yelling "you will never walk alone" in a pitch which makes your ear bleed while bring drunk from beer and stabbing people... yes, this brings us to
Heysel - nothing to do with it ??? Liverpool
fans broke the wall down on innocent people and continued to stab them while they were on the ground. Liverpool should have never been introduced to europe again.
Yes, they did beat on the pitch many italian teams, which I hate them too for that reason, my prerogative
About the security issue, without getting into politics, no rockets were ever fired into Tel Aviv, which is where the game would be in the first place. Secondly, no rockets were fired since the ceasefire which came in the beginning of
last week ! Let me ask you - will liverpool have agreed to come to Eilat ? How is England a safer place anyway with the IRA bombings, the bombing of the londron trains by Al Qaida etc ?
A big team like liverpool shouldn't be afraid of a team like Haifa... suddenly Haifa is such a strong opponent ? What a loser attitude is that that you need to exploit excuses to give you an advantage ? Liverpool even refused to play in cyprus which would have been closer for Haifa. Why not play two matches in liverpool and that's it ?
Are you familiar with the notion of fair play ? If it's a neutral ground, play two matches in a netural ground, and let UEFA decide for themselves without influencing the board, and threatening not to adhere to their decisions.
If it was
this close when Haifa played
two away games, then obviously Liverpool didn't deserve to go through.
If you think Juve sucks in europe, and you admire their murderous arch rivals instead, well I have to say I'm surprised . I thought you were simply supporting both teams for some odd reason.
