Llorente and Lopez may not frighten the top 5 clubs but our mids and defensive structure and work rate do so add the fact we have two very competent forwards who can score goals will result in 2-3-4 goal games instead of those 1-2 goals against a pain in the ass sampdoria, genoa, chievo. They are also plenty potent to be able to foil most defences in Europe annd with the aid of out mids we will be plenty okay. In once we hit that break even point and bring in nothing but profit we can get those 30-40m player.

Secco did overpay for few players, but wasn't that much compared to prices we see these days. We were promised a big player (You need to overpay for those by 5-10 million) but came short, Aguero and Dzeko.
