Out of your list, I would pick Prandelli or Spaletti.
It is all too easy to slate the coach when a team loses/drop points, but overall Didier has done a good job with the players he had. Yes, we've taken out our frustration of droping points out on him, but let's remember, Didier was the guy, who took on what looked, at the time, to be a really rotten job. Serie B minus 17 points, meant that our chances of getting back to serie A in a year was slim. However DD took it on & did so with a professional attitude, unlike Capello, who, despite having played for us in the past, bailed out like a rat deserting a sinking ship. IMHO DD was a true Juventino and came back to help us, just like Pavel, Gigi and Alex, who stayed to help us out. With less than eight weeks to go, Juve are looking good and serie A is getting closer. I love Lippi - he is my favorite manager and I'd love him back at Juventus, but not necessarily to replace DD.

Marcello Lippi has sensationally revealed that his sabbatical from coaching will continue. “I will only return when the conditions are right,” he stated.
The World Cup winner quit the Italy job after Germany 2006 glory, but was expected to be back in football ahead of next season.
But Lippi, speaking from Cardiff where he is a part of the Euro 2012 Italian delegation, has claimed that won’t happen.
“I want to be clear, I will not return to coaching this summer,” said the former Sampdoria defender. “I don’t really miss the training ground...
“I will only start a new job when I find the right conditions and an environment that suits me, but that will not happen now,” continued the Viareggino.
Lippi has been linked with numerous European outfits over recent times, but the tactician has underlined that he’s been ignored in the peninsula.
“I have only received offers from abroad, but no calls from Italy,” explained the former Napoli, Inter and Juventus boss.
“I have been approached by clubs and national teams. I admit that maybe real football belongs to the latter, which expresses the real values of each country.
“However, I also think that these teams should be coached by tacticians of the same nationality. It would be very embarrassing for me to play against Italy,” concluded Lippi.

Up till now, I can't comprehend why some people don't like Lippi, the man won everything a prestigious football coach can win. Do I have to remind some people that he is a Campioni Del Mondo with Juventus and Italy, I don't remember a coach who achieved this. Even if we compare him to Sir Alex Ferguson, the point isn't how much trophies he achieved, the point is he achieved them in how many years.
As a Juventino, I respect Lippi and I like him as well, moreover, I do consider him the best coach ever took the charge in Juve. To be honest, I didn't watch Juve under Trapattoni but I watched the team during the Ancelotti's era and the Capello's era, two eras which were far below what Lippi achieved during his years on Juve bench; 5 Scudetti, 1 CL, 3 CL runner-up, 1 Intercontinental Cup, 1 UEFA Super Cup, 1 Italian Cup & 4 Italian Super Cups.
I'm not saying so cause I want Lippi to replace Deschamps, but I just don't us (Juventini) to be that ungrateful with a man who served Juve with all loyalty and led us to trophies after we're in verge of forgetting what a trophy is. (we didn't win one single Scudetto from season 1986/87 to season 1993/94).
