Lippi out, Prandelli in? (16 Viewers)

our hierachy are italian. our general manager is italian. we have plenty of italians at the club. what more do we need? why must we buy players who already play in italy and ignore the stars from overseas? why must we have an italian coach? does it make us any less of an italian team? we have been around for over 100 years now, does it really matter? i think everyone knows we are italian. not having a go at you, i'm just thinking out aloud here.
i believe that the past 3 seasons has seen moggi really be italian oriented and it has got the team unstuck now.

Is it acceptable, that someone has doubts about Prandelli, who doesnt has any International experience neither coaching a big team, neither used to be under the pressure which comes with that?

Would It be acceptable the hire Didier who was the capatain one of the most succesfull Juve of all times (+ French NT)?

I dont wanna say no Prandelli, if he will be the one, I will give him 100% support, but before its decided I would prefer Didier, at least the players he can carry with him are far better than Prandellis (imo)

So you say Didier can bring better players with him ok, i would prefer the young stars from Parma before some old average players fro monaco, gladly Juve agrees with that!
If some of you need people from other countries than Italy to be in Juve just to justify your own support (since your from another country than Italy yourself), then your a big egoistic idiot.
del piero10, its not that i dont want prandelli. i think he is a good coach. but i do not like the fact that moggi often ignores players from abroad. eg. we get legro while roma get chivu. we'll get oddo while others will go for Trabelsi. we'll get jankulovski or pizarro while others will go for rosicky, van der vaart, aimar, diego etc...this is my point.

btw, i'm all for ferrari and gilardino, but get mexes instead of bonera. look abroad for a change.

is there something wrong with wanting a foreigner in juve?we all want what is best for the team, if you think prandelli is the one,then fine.but understand that not everyone does.there's nothing wrong with contesting someone else's opinion,but learn to draw the line.
about juve's roots,deschamps as much a part of juve as prandelli ever was,the fact that he is french is secondary to the part he played in juve in his glory years compared to what prandelli did(not that i know alot about prandelli,but he wasn't as important as deschamps was for us).
we should never compromise the interests of the club for tradition,italian managers have worked for us but deschamps would fit in so much easier since he knows the management and the players.he has also achieved more than prandelli has,both as a manager and a player.also he's bound to have connections in france,since juve already has a monopoly of sorts on parma's young talents expanding our transfer market scope will do us a world of good since a couple of our top targets this season are playing in france,of which one or two are in monaco.so other than the italian factor i can't see why you would turn deschamps down in favour of cesare,if that's not being biased i don't know what is.

I can ask the same question to you: is it something wrong with a Italian coach for a Italian club?. And i am totally aware of Deschamps history in Juve, i remember him a lot. Because he was good as a player for Juve doesnt mean he will be a better coach than Prandelli. Is it really so hard to get the hint that Juve want Prandelli because the are gonna renew the team with good young players, which Prandelli is the best to deal with.

Giuly (have Miccoli) and Ibarra are quite old. And i see Ferrari, Gilardino and Bonera as young stars, Bonera isnt as good as the two others, but very good on the under 21 NT. You will see that they are young stars too, if the comes to Juve.
And you most be very skillfull if you are able to tell how my humor is, after reading those posts by me!
