THE PROJECT – "As a Juventus fan, I’m not happy with the results, but the project needs time. If you want to win immediately, you bring in Conte, build up assets, and you’re good. Any other coach needs time to align everything, even at the club level. The Motta project is inconsistent right now, but I believe Juventus should give him at least another year to build a group, a team, and a solid foundation at the club level to set the stage for winning. At Juventus, there’s no time, that’s true, but either you change everything in June and bring in Conte, or you give Thiago and Giuntoli the time to build on this year’s foundation, improving with new players. The three coaches before Thiago only won one trophy and built nothing, so it wouldn’t be fair to put all the responsibility on him. Let’s give him time—if in the end, he proves unfit for Juventus, we’ll acknowledge it. Right now, he’s under fire; he needs to step up in terms of management and communication.
