that's not true. bonucci is a leader. he's been here for 10 years and has been instrumental in the team winning 8 titles and reaching 2 cl finals.

he is a leader.
He was a leader until he went Benedict Arnold on Juve going to Milan. Traitor will follow him forever unless he's a part of a CL champion Juve.

he came back and was instrumental in the team winning two titles.

he has also been instrumental this season. always available until recently because of injury. hate him all you want, but he gives his all for this team

let me add one more thing for bonucci haters.

bonucci in every single season here has been a starter. every single one. under 5 different coaches in juve he has been a starter.

Yes but that doesn't change the fact that he is miles better than Demiral who was instrumental in our CL elimination and a number of lost points in Serie A.
Looks like Bonucci played most of the time in our worst results this season.

Juve losses
Juve 0-1 Benevento: 90 minutes
Porto 2-1 Juve: 0 minutes
Napoli 1-0 Juve: 0 minutes
inter 2-0 Juve: 90 minutes
Juve 0-2 Barcelona: 90 minutes

Juve draws
Torino 2-2 Juve: 0 minutes
Hellas 1-1 Juve: 0 minutes
Juve 0-0 inter (coppa): 0 minutes
Juve 1-1 Atalanta: 90 minutes
Benvento 1-1 Juve: 0 minutes
Lazio 1-1 Juve: 90 minutes
Juve 1-1 Hellas: 90 minutes
Crotone 1-1 Juve: 90 minutes
Roma 2-2 Juve: 90 minutes

I was thinking that him getting older wouldn't make a difference because he doesn't run or tackle or jump.

But he now doesn't seem to have the strength in his legs to pass the ball anymore. He's completely washed up and we should be doing everything we can to get him off the books this summer.

You're dreaming a bit too much here. We've guaranteed him a lucrative contract until his retirement. No way he would want to leave this comfort zone at this stage in his career.
