Boni was asked by a Nipples journalist if the difference between CL and Serie A are referees. He meant that refs are in Juve's favour all the time while playing in Serie A. Leo's answer was" The only one difference that we play in the CL and you guys play in the Europa league.

Bonucci: 'Juve turning point'
By Football Italia staff

Leonardo Bonucci reveals the “turning point” that allowed Juventus to rediscover their form.

The Bianconeri have won their last five Serie A games in a row and qualified for the Champions League Last 16.

“We looked each other in the eyes and realised this could not be the real Juventus,” the defender told Sky Sport Italia and Mediaset Premium.

“That moment helped us to really form as a group compared to how we started the season and it showed the younger players that we had no time to lose.

“We brought out the pride within us and winning the Turin Derby at the last second shook us up. That was the turning point and reminded us that every game must be played to the last second.

“It was an important sign and the start of a journey that has taken us back up the table, but we mustn’t let off the pressure now, otherwise it’d all be pointless.”

Juve were leaking goals at the start of the season, but the return to three at the back helped shore things up.

“The credit for the defensive solidity is down to the Coach and the whole team that works to protect us,” insisted Bonucci.

“This system does give us more confidence and that solidity allows the forwards to express themselves better. We are doing well, but must keep our feet on the ground and take it one game at a time.”

Inter are the new Serie A leaders, as Napoli lost 3-2 at Bologna and dropped to third behind Fiorentina.

“It’s not easy for Napoli to play every three days and situations like this can happen. Inter are impressive for their solidity and when you win so many games 1-0 it means they are battlers. They can have their say in the long run.”
