I don’t agree with that, he’s been good more times than not. He does a lot of dirty work defensively. He’s in the top 10 in tackles per game for CMs. He just needs someone more creative like Fagioli (and hopefully Pogba soon) next to him so he can focus on what he does well. I hate when he’s in a double pivot with Rabiot and he’s tasked with dictating the game.
Totally agree, when Paredes plays we are so vulnerable to attacks it's unbelievable, Loca makes me much more comfortable.

His first very positive contribution to this team in half a season.

Better late than never I suppose.
Not really true, did you watch the games against PSG?

His forward passing is easily above Locatelli, a simple eye test makes that obvious.

But he’s 28 years old and somewhat injury prone so I don’t see him as a long term fix.

He was ok in that game, only because it was against his current employers and he had a point to prove.

Don't worry. You don't have to.
I kinda do though, I don't know why.

I'm a believer that any team needs a cunt or two to be successful. This guy is definitely a cunt. But not even really in a good way though. Plus he's not that good, and we are paying him a lot of money to not be great.

I can't help it, I just can't dislike the guy. I guess I'm just a simp for blue eyes at the end of the day like everybody else

Seeing both Rovella and Ranocchia today, we burned so much money loaning him. And we were close to triggering the obligation, glad we dodged that bullet. Horrible work by Allegri and Cherubini. By loaning him and renewing De Sciglio we’ve literally thrown at least 20m away.
