I was kinda pissed to see chase Paredes but overall I think people exaggerate when it comes to his (non)quality. I think he's a good player. He was great in Rome and there was a reason why PSG went after him. Back then I even wanted him here. So I expect him to do good here and not to be anywhere near Rabiot, Bentancur, Arthur or even at this point Locatelli too.

However this whole mercato has been quite strange and so many moves seem totally random. With the right figures I'm totally fine with this move. 5mln loan and 15mln loan/obligation seems totally fine considering today's market. But I'm not gonna support this deal if he's getting crazy wages (anything over 5mln seem way too much).

I can’t say i disagree tbh, i just hope he stays fit and makes himself useful now that he is already here.

Official statement says “ Upon achievement of specific sporting results and in the event that, neither the obligation nor the right to acquire the player's registration rights should occur, Juventus will have to pay Paris Saint-Germain Football a consideration of € 2.5 million.”
That sounds like there’s a chance it’s not an obligation if he turns out underwhelming. Also Di Maria will be gone after a year, so he may not want to stay either.
