“Facilitating parallelisms, idea exchanges and networking between Human Resources Managers and Managing directors of HRC company”: this was the goal of HRC Winter Meeting, the two-days convention opened this afternoon in Turin. And Juventus played the host. The first part of meetings occurred at the Juventus Stadium.

The topic of today’s congress was ‘Leadership, Competizione e Successo’ [Leadership, competition and success], and it also was the right occasion to assemble several important Italian companies, including Juventus represented by President Andrea Agnelli, along with the Human Resources and Organization Director Alessandro Sorbone.

In the meeting entitled ‘Leader a confronto tra management e sport’ [Comparing leaders between management and sports], held by the sports journalist Massimo Caputi and by the assistant director of newspaper La Stampa Luca Ubaldeschi, all managers of the main companies and organizations took part: Stafano Domenicali from Ferrari, Maurizio Berretta from Lega Serie A, Andrea Zappia from Sky, Salvatore Paparelli from Sony Italia, Mauro Moretti from Ferrovie dello Stato, Fabio Cerchiai from Autostrade per l’Italia, Fabio Gallia from BNL, Chema Basterrecha from NH Hotels Italia, Alberto Cappellini from Seat Pagine Gialle, and Andrea Badlati from ALD Automotive Italia. Obviously, in addition to Juventus.

All participants had the chance to visit all the areas of the Juventus Stadium through a guided tour.

But HRC Winter Meeting will continue. Tomorrow, 28 January, the convention will move to another symbolic place in Turin: the former FIAT plant at Lingotto.
