the only thing I have to say, is that we should look at the intention and come to the two conclusions I already said:

either:

1. all freedom, nothing getting censored all all. I mean bashing anyone and anything is permissible

or

2. censor entertainment which INTENDS to offend ppl

HOWEVER

if you believe that picture wasn't constructed to offend, then we'll just have to leave at that.

at the end of the day, I don't want this thread to get one of us banned. I come here to talk about juventus. My purpose wasnt for all this to happen.

1) Libel and slander laws.

you say every country has good and bad, and that we should not judge them. THE ARGUMENT HERE IS THAT MUSLIMS ATTACKED A CARTOONIST FOR EXPRESSING HIS FREEDOM OF SPEECH RIGHT IN A COUNTRY THAT VALUES FREEDOM OF SPEECH.

and if you look at what I said, and when I brought the Matterazzi example.

I said that the muslims didn't do the right thing, but the guy deserved it because I believed he intentionally looked to annoy them

I think the argument hasn't gone far enough, you've all done well to control yourselves.
