I also read (

Mourinho wants 'captains' to stay

Jose Mourinho yesterday spoke forcefully of his hope that Frank Lampard and John Terry will remain at Chelsea - yet declined to give any guarantees about his own future and did not answer questions about his relationship with the club's owner, Roman Abramovich.
Lampard and Terry have so far failed to reach agreements on extending their contracts but Mourinho admitted he had spoken to his "captains" about this.
"If a player has another dream, wants to play in another country, wants to play in another club, that is something I cannot interfere with," he said. "My opinion is they belong to Chelsea; they belong to Chelsea history. So when people have such strong links, feelings and success together, I think there is no reason for a change. I would love to see them both part of Chelsea history until the end."
