He is, and he looks like one that is willing to develop players too. Vazquez, Nacho and Asensio have benefited a lot from Zidane's presence.

if they had Zizou last season instead of Rafa from the beginning they might even have won the league. in 20 games in La Liga last season Zizou got 17 wins, 2 draws (away at Betis and Malaga) and a loss to Atletico. he also overcame a huge deficit (cant remember how much exactly it was, but Barca had a lead of more than 10 pts over Real when Zizou took over, Atletico had a big lead over them too). with Benitez they had 12 wins 4 draws and 2 losses in 18 games which is essentially what lost them the league.
