Hi Majed,
If someone had cancer, that means that he will live with cancer till death, coz not all cancers have cure ! Sooooooooo, if that person live with love, he will be optimistic and happy to feel that there is someone who still love him. this will make him stronger, and about the tears, there will be no tears if the girl feel that the Man is happy to live like this, and satisfied with his destiny.
And if we imagened other kind of sickness , there is no porpose of tears coz there will be a cure for it.
and if someone loses his leg or hand or both (Fal Allah wala Falek ), there are artificail legs and hands, and the person will satisfied with it, if there is someone loving him no matter what happens.

dont get me wrong, i agree that love is more important, but dont underestimate the pain of sickness or being physcialy handicapped...
