Played in a shite potato field today, had me worried that he might get injured, but he barely ran after I started watching in the 2nd half. Still gut feeling is that we won't get him back in good condition.

Didn't watch the game, I really wanted Asamoah to win this, not many things would make one feel as proud as winning a significant award for his country.

Apparently Asamoah might be back in time for the Celtic game. Juventus had an agreement with Ghana should they lose before the finals he can come back. So he might not play the 3rd place final afterall. Let's hope so.

I really hope we can have him back for Celtic game.
I guess it's fair enough for him to ask to leave.3d place is meaning less compared to CL knockout.

hmm, nothing official, we'll see.

Despite me wanting him back asap, i do have to say, no club should force a player not to represent his country on nonfriendly games.

If its true, i hope he stands for it

i really want to see in europe, if he can keep shutting down the opponents flank entirely, when it would consist of players like robben or bale or di maria.

Whats that fucking over your flank ? its asamoah ! ITS ASAMOAH !

I understand you, but a 3rd place game is also the perfect moment to let some players who didnt play much play the game for Ghana. And the stars of the team, they can return for important CL games. After all, Asa played all their games so they can't blame him not being interested.

I agree, but the player must be ok with this. Its still a bronze medal.

I could be wrong, if the lozersfinal is really a meaningless game without even a bronze medal, then i'd fully understand it, AND, assume asamoah thinks the same
