Indeed and Anderlecht put a pricetag of 20 million € on him. If I remember correctly they turned down a bid of 15 million € this summer for him.

Kompany is a big talent, but with all respect, the Belgian league isn't really that good. Wenger will never let Senderos go. You would think that with the end of the transfer window the media would stop spreading these type of rumours.

I agree with the fact that Senderos won't be leaving arsenal any time soon. And yes the belgian league isn't that good, but I do believe Kompany is. At the right club with the right coach, he could become a world class defender. At the moment Kompany is even joining the attack, somewhat like Lucio (which I hate, a defender has to defend, in open play he should be at his own sixteen, not the opponents). He really does have the potential, his biggest flaw is that he is sometimes what careless (leaving his position when he shouldn't, making a mistake defensive wise and trying to use his skill to get out of a situation instead of just ramming the ball away).

Kompany is still very young and has such a bright future ahead of him. Senderos is still unproven, hes had a dodgy start to the season already with Arsenal. still both have a lot to learn. I'd ave Kompany out of the two.

i agree senderos wont be allowed to go buy wenger. however drogba have given senderos a torrid time both times arsenal played chelsea this year but he is young.

FC Sevilla wanted Kompany to replace the loss of Sergio Ramos to Real Madrid. But Anderlecht rejected the 12.5M Euro.

Of course it's hard to judge a player based on his performances in the Belgian league. But Anderlecht will have some though martches in CL this year: Liverpool, Chelsea and Betis.
Judge him on that.

Bianconeri in pole position per lui, che pero' dovranno guardarsi da Inter, Milan e Anderlecht.
L'ostacolo da superare resta la valutazione da parte del suo club, ben 9 milioni di euro.
