I would choose...Trez. Why? Because hes the best solution for us, and not only for now.
You should give yourself a question, why is Barca and Guardiola so keen on Trez and not on Huntelaar? And Im sure, its not because of marketing and bringing on star players.
Another question is, would you act like this, if it would be del Piero and not Trez?
We need a successor for Neddy(if we want to play the similar tactic we play) and for Trez, because they are far older then Trez.

If we were interested in to the Ajax player, we should have bring him on instead of Amauri.
Trez is great at scoring so does Huntelaar
would I want Huntelaar to replace Trez YES why is that?
It`s because of his age
Trez might not be slowing down now but it will happen in a few years
Huntelaar isn`t based on speed too from what I`ve seen and the only difference as I see it is the age factor
BUT I agree Trez showed he is loyal and unless they offer us a really big deal or Trez changes his mind and say he wants to leave I say we should keep him

I`m not Trez`s biggest fan BUT I have to admit Trez is very much underated as he is great goal scorer maybe even the best in the world (talking about scoring and just scoring...)
AND he knows to pass and cross the ball quite well, no one ever notices it but it`s true!

so why I don`t like him that much simply because he is too static and I like to see players move more and be able to create to themselves sometimes
Huntelaar is not Maradona but he can still create to himself here and then

Indeed.

I'm looking forward to listening to the Italy fans explain why it was OK for Camo to play for Italy, but Amauri shouldn't be allowed to.
Camoranesi has Italian ancestry through his grandparents who were Italian and had emigrated to Argentina, hence his last name
Amauri recently asked to acquire an Italian passport, as he has lived and played in Italy for five years.

There is a difference, Amauri has no Italian history unlike Camo and would only be eligable to play for the Azzurri by gaining citizenship. Similar scenario is Roger Guerreiro who played for Poland at this years Euro's. I am against this, i feel it is taking the integrity away from International football, it will only get worse as the years pass by.

:blah:

The only history Mauro has that is "Italian" is eating pasta at various places in Italy, everything else was Argentinian, including his football upbringing and his parents. They never had Italian citizenship.

of course you have to argue me on this..
His family originates from Italy, Amauri's doesnt.. that is my point!
Amauri only wants to play for Italy because he is being overlooked for Brazil. He stated that he would choose Brazil over Italy anyway, so im against him playing for the Azzurri..

Who really gives a fuck? He may have ancestry prior to the birth of Italy the nation, so what would you say then?

I can't wait until he plays for the Azzurri and starts scoring some goals. I wonder how much you'll praise him then.

So if Amauri is top scorer in World Cup 2010, helps win the World Cup for Italy, you promise me you'll boo him on the pitch and not praise him whatsoever?
of course ill be joyous and celebrating a world cup win, but i will not change my opinion on this topic.

come on seriously Andy it is getting out of hand.. stop arguing with me for a second and think about it. International football will lose its integrity, its supposed to be Italy v Turkey.. its turning into Italy with a Brazilian and a Ghanain vs Turkey with a Brazilian and a Pom. Ridiculous if you ask me, catch my drift?

Just a bunch of hypocrites.
I think I can consider myself as a azzurri fan and I love the idea of Amauri playing for Italy. I think all those who are against this will start to love him after he scores some goals. Besides, wtf? Di Stefano played like for 3 different countries just to play one World Cup... It's pretty obvious that Amauri choose Italy if nobody in Brazil give a fuck about him.

i agree with you... amauri just wants to play with us because brazilian NT will never call him up... that's just stupid. and i don't even agree that camo plays in our NT, but at least he has italian grandparents that emigrated to argentina many years ago with many other italians... i think that people should play for the NT they feel for, like if you parents are german but you're born in italy and you feel italian then you choose italy...;) and i really don't mind if camo is really good (he is anyway) or if amauri will lead us to the victory of next world cup. as francesco, i will be happy but it won't change my mind on this

he could score 40,I don't care unless we finish on top. Also whit that type of strikers we do a bit of cocksucking every year in CL.....If you like it,that's your problem,I don't
We're in the middle of geopolitical war:) Guys calm down,me too want best possible players become at Juve but situation is different from past years.

But you said that it's been a long time when we could've provided chances for THAT kind of strikers. How could he score 20 goals then when other players can't provide chances for him?

It's easy to pick on Reggina,Empoli,Genoa,Roma sometimes....but when it comes to STRIKING A FCKIN PENALTY against Milan,we have a bit of problem, not to mention 120 mins before....

his 20 goal are almost goal poaching. Delivery is: watch the god damnn Netherlands on Euro if you have TV and that could show you something....

Holland play with Van Nistelrooy, who is the same type of striker as Trez.
