wasn't this guy one of the most in demand young players in Europe when we acquired him but now he's chopped liver?
Well he still is but how do you expect him to develop when he gets a start here and there , 20 minutes next match , bench the next , 30 minutes and so forth.

He is not a fit for a dm in a possession team. I think he could play well as a b2b in an open game. His strength is pace and decent dribbling, not playing as Fagioli.

I think if you want to play him dm then play an open game because at least he can cover with his speed. What's the use trying to play conservative and compact defending. In that case even Fagioli can do it.

They were on the pitch together for a few mins only.

For the short period he was on he actually did good. Am i the only one who thinks he should be starting ahead of some of the other strunzis in midfield?

I need to go back and watch some highlights of him last season. There's no way he was this bad at controlling a football?
He pulled a good move for our 2nd goal iirc. Apart from that he looked sluggish. He somehow always looks slow, cumbersome on the ball. Takes too many touches to release it. Not sure how he fits Motta's style of football. I didnt watch this player before but he is surely better than this, no?
