Lotito has no power in these negotiations the sooner that crazy egomaniac understands it the better. This is like the Pandev saga all over again.
Can never have balance...

1) Like Serie A: Where owners will cut off their feet before selling to Juventus.
2) Like Bundesliga: Where owners give players to Bayern for arguably below market rates.

I can totally see him benching Keita's ass for one season.
Keita will get out of his contract if he's completely frozen out just like Pandev did.

Contract dispute with Lazio

In the summer of 2009, a dispute between Pandev and Lazio President Claudio Lotito erupted, resulting in a legal battle between Pandev and his club. The ruling was announced on 23 December 2009.[7][8][9]

The dispute started with Pandev indicating his desire to leave Lazio during the summer of 2009. President Lotito, apparently unhappy with Pandev's decision, froze him out of the squad. As a result, Pandev spent the remaining four months training on his own, without making a single appearance for his club. During this period, various clubs had indicated their interest in buying Pandev, most notably Zenit Saint Petersburg, who made an offer of €13 million for the player. Lazio President Lotito rejected the offer, demanding €15 million instead. The deal eventually fell through after both parties failed to come to an agreement on price.[10]

On 26 September, Pandev officially filed for a termination of his contract with Lazio, having been frozen out of the squad and labelled a "rebel" by the club. Pandev argued that by freezing him out of the squad, Lazio had violated the terms of their contract with him. On 23 December 2009, the Lega Nazionale Professionisti ruled in Pandev's favor, ordering Lazio to release Pandev from his contract and pay him €170,000 for emotional distress. Lotito indicated his desire to appeal the decision.

Well, they learned from the Pandev case then I'm sure I doubt they would label or freeze him out of anything, they will just choose not to play him.

That means letting him train with the first-team and occasionally having him on the bench. Knowing how small of a man Lotito is there is no way he will be able to do that.

I don't even understand why we bought Rincon. A useless purchase a la Hernanes. I don't know why you are so adamant about getting rid of poor Asa :D
You said it, not me. Poor Asa. :D

Asa is annoying as fuck as a LB. Put Rincon as a LB and all he needs to do is pass it back to the CB's like Asa does every single time.

Rincon is cool riding the bench, does his job when he comes on and is the perfect player when we need to shore up the midfield late in the game. Asa is limited af.

Asa annoying? Then i suppose you didn't witness Roberto Asamoah tearing Milan a new one.
He's a decent enough LB back up, doesn't complain either. Rincon is without use.
