He wants to come to us because we are the best club that's after him, gets guaranteed domestic titles, compete high level CL games and also very well paid.

It's wishful thinking part of it is because we have a daycare of shrinks that will reform him maturity wise lol. Tho serious and professional organisation is a draw for some players. Tho I wouldn't assume that a really young player who is leaving 2nd club in a row in really bad terms, is coming for that. We are simply by far the best option for him, and he is smart enough to realize that, even if he is far from getting guaranteed starting spot like he would in his other suitors.

But most likely despite getting star role in those other options instead of squad role, he mainly sees them as stepping stone compared to our arrived status. He sees us signing Higuain, Pjanic and Bernardeschi, so essentially understands that star in Serie A = move up to Juve.

I didn't say he expects us to raise him. We're known for professionalism and he wants to speed up his career. Milan and Inter are less stable than us and this could be an important factor. Obviously he will also get a good salary and a challenging team. However, Lazio already agreed to sell him to Milan and the player himself didn't want to join them even though he clearly wants to leave Lazio asap. I have to say I lije his desire to come here.
I read his Barca exit wasn't solely on him. The club played its part in the departure as well. Moreover, Lazio is also known for keeping players against their will. The kid is just aware of his value and doesn't let these clubs to decide for him. In my opinion the stories about his indiscipline are over blown.

Lazio say Keita Balde Diao will only leave if they receive “an acceptable offer” but insist “we haven’t talked to Juventus”.

Reports emerged on Monday morning that Juve were planning one, final push for Keita, but Claudio Lotito reiterated the winger would only leave on his club’s terms.

“The Coach made his decisions based on what the players showed him during the week,” the President said after the Aquile’s Supercoppa victory over the Old Lady.

“If you have a player who trains with determination and, the day before the game, says ‘boss, I don’t feel like playing’, I don’t think a Coach would send him on to the pitch.

“I’ll never interfere with the Coach’s decisions. We haven’t talked to Juve, we haven’t sold him, we received several bids from clubs in Italy and abroad, but the player refused them.

“We’ve already said we’ll sell the player to any team once they make us an acceptable offer.”

Lazio value the 22-year-old at €30m, despite his contract expiring next summer.

What attitude?
Of losing your best players on a free?very stupid.

Because we will not pay 30M for him.
Either Lotito accepts our 20M~ offer or lose him on free next summer.

Hopefully we are working on the DM/CM parallely to Keita deal.
We really can't allow ourselves to enter the last days of mercato and doing a panic buy just to buy someone.
