we do need supersubs in the CL, when Higuain and Dybala have games like the one vs Real + we could rotate more in Serie A to keep the starters fresh for the finish of the season

Probably Bernardeschi would be even better sub for Dybala since he is a natural playmaker who plays combination style well while Keita is more about individual danger on the counter.

If anything Keita's speed would help us a lot in games were we sit back. Both Higuain and Dybala are at there best, when we are in control and possesion. Keita could be a good alternative to them both.

The report says he is not a first choice target for us as well, i just feel we want him for free or low balled price as its a good opportunity but he is not really a target we wont want to miss. We are not prioritizing this signing anyway with Milan interest or not. As a player, he doesn't look anything special to play on the wings either. More like a SS .
