We really dont need yet another cm or yet another ss, half of our roster is composed of those and half of our current acquisitions as well.
At least is not a martinez fee and hopefullythat doesnt means that melo is gone for a sinilar sum...

We need good depth Cron, and we need to sell players too. The mercato window has barely even turned its first leaf, chill...we have until the end of august to finalize a team.

With that avatar, can we count on you to tell us how he has fared under the CSKA shirt?
Yes, I can. He started brightly, scoring winner free-kick against Sevilla in Champions League which gave us a place in Quarter-final. There was a popular joke after the match that with this goal alone he returned the investment in his transfer. He added two goals in the league in first three matches and generally was looking great.
Than it was differently. He was quite good before the WC playing lower at the pitch as coach tried to use him as box-to-box. He than shined at South Africa playing what some analytics described as "false nine". Second half of the season he was visible tired (more than year of football - counting half of the season at Venlo, with only few weeks rest in between) so was often rested and his play didn't look consistently - he had good games, decent game and bad games.
This year he started gaining MVP title at AFC, than more or less decently played couple of first games, got injured, returned to fitness but got a fall in form (admittedly some psychological problems as well). In late May started to regain form and in the last games was great again. Maybe was helped by change of tactic - last matches was employed as the free role cutting inside right winger.

Generally I'm happy to have him in the team.
