I never thought I would live to see the day where Bush took responsibility for anything that wasn't flattering to him. I'm a regular Bush critic (to put it mildly), so if this is true -- it's a good sign to getting to the bottom of the truth and getting done what really needs to be done here.

His father was infamous for blaming everything that went wrong on "The Democratic Congress" ... everything short of the eruption of Mount Pinatubo, and even then I'm not so sure. So it must run in the family (that and Bush Jr. no longer can use that excuse).

But I do remember Bush Sr. taking credit for the fall of the Berlin Wall too, which was a laugher...
