Kakha Kaladze has confirmed he will leave AC Milan in the summer, and Gazzetto dello Sport has reported in Monday's edition that he will be joining the English champions.

BBC has also reported that Chelsea have contacted Athletic Bilbao's outstanding left-back Asier Del Horno. The Blues have been linked with a 16 million Euro move for 24 year-old Basque player, and are apparently ready to pay him over 2 million a year for his services. Del Horno was quoted saying "it would be difficult to say no to an offer like this."

Looks like Chelsea will have solved their left-back problems by next season. Although I'm not sure why they would need both Kaladze and Del Horno while still having Wayne Bridge, a very decent back at their disposal.

Also, Chelsea have reportedly offered Barcelona 25 million Euros and Hernan Crespo in exchange for Samuel Etoo. The London Russian transfer freakshow begins once again.

We don't get Kaladze, but Del Horno is as good as done and will be a good signing. Is more focused at the moment on the upcoming internationals for Spain, good attitude get the job done on the pitch then do the rest off it once done.

Well it seems that the Kaladze deal is almost a done deal  Personally I think this one wasnt really beneficial to Milan - they have to pay chelsea AND insert Kaladze in the deal for a swap with Crespo. Crespo's been great with Milan and everything but having him in Milan for next season was not extremely vital for such deals.
