This. Kean is a great poacher in another system but our current gameplan (due to non-existent midfield) seems to built on long ball from deep---> striker ---> drop back to winger / AM. If you can't intercept long balls and drop them to others then we're fucked.

Rewatching the derby, I really liked what he showed in his brief appearance. Looking forward to seeing more development and perhaps a start or more significant minutes after the international break. Maybe a start against Hellas Verona on the 30th, with matches being so closely spaced after the international break.

Sassuolo or Hellas perhaps, maybe Sassuolo because starting his away to Hellas Verona is more pressure.
