Younes Kaboul believes that he has made the right decision to join Tottenham Hotspur, despite interest from Chelsea, Lyon and Juventus

The French Under-21 international is relishing the prospect of playing in England after completing a £6m fom Auxerre.

"Why did I choose Tottenham? Simply because it is the Premiership," explained the towering central defender.

"It is true there was contact with Lyon, but maybe Tottenham showed more desire to sign me.

"Considering the clubs which were following me, Chelsea and Juventus, people are surprised by my decision, and they tell me I chose a smaller club.

"But I believe it is a wise choice."

the funny thing about it is that he claimed to have rejected Chelsea, and his justification for choosing Totenham is " The Premiership"... Good Morning Sunshine

well enjoy sitting on the bench for Spurs :D
i dont think he'll sit on the bench mate. He's defenitly better than Dawson and Rocha..

He's a promising defender..Had a very good season with Auxerre..but i dont see why Juve would want him as you've already got your own promising defenders in Criscito and Chielleni

True dat. Word is that Kaboul will partner up Dawson and King will be used as a DM in midfield..
