Looks like Yahoo! Fantasy Football for La Liga is up and operational en espanol:

Sign up now before anything is (I think) announced. You'll get Deco, Giuly, Fiore, and others for a ridiculously low price until they figure out their errors. (I won't even mention Jorge Andrade for $1.00.)

We can only guess that English access is coming soon, but I've done this before where you get the same team no matter what the language of your interface.
