Ok, here's the deal. This is based on Rami's input.

So that we (the hosts) and the listeners won't get bored, we have to start slow. This will also allow us to gain experience. We will restrict ourselves to the Juventus match and one weekly show.

We will have the following:

1- A two hour weekly show where we talk mostly about Juventuz and mainly about Juventuz and when I say Juventuz everyone knows I mean anything/nothing. This is where Bürke comes in handy.
2- A half an hour pre-match analysis
3- An hour post-match discussion where members can call in.
4- Live match commentary (is it needed?)

It may sound a few when one first looks at it but trust me, the same people will not be able to do all these, we all know that very soon Juventus will play two matches per week, that's at least five hours per week broadcasting.

I will also be straight forward and choose a radio team, the team will organize, host and maintain the shows.

The team will be: Andy, Atropos, Bürke, Dru, Enron, JCK, swag and Vinman.
I am not saying this is a final thing, but this is something we can start with and this is exactly what we need, just get going.
Good suggestions. I totally follow and agree.

sounds good to me jack, i agree with starting small and simple and upscaling when necessary and capable
Yeah. We have to get our legs yet on this. Better to have smaller doses of decent quality that we can work out the kinks on before expanding much more.

I am not sure Vinman would want be on the same team as me, I don't mind him if he acts civilized to be honest.
Well I think that Vin is a good guy and you are also. Discussing and talking over text is so much different than real voice communication. People tend to be more understanding and courteous when talking regularly, so I don't think there will be a problem.

I would like to elaborate on jack's first point, I'm just throwing this up in the air as an idea so feel free to discuss.
Firstly; I think we should have 2 time slots, one for europe and another for America, spilt the duties between the respective main members from each zone. This way it is at a suitinle time for everyone as they don't have to get up at say 5am to listen, this way no-one misses out.
Next up I think a good way to kick off the show would be a light hearted juventuz new programme to look back and makefun of some of the funny stuff which has been going on in the forums, this would be agreat way to start as it loosens people up and is much lighter than going into a full blown discussion straight away. I think getting a funny member like Burke to do the news programme would be a great laugh. I can just imagine him doing it:rofl: you could have intro music eg the jam- news of the world.
The main part of the show will be of course discussion. I think splitting it into 3 part which we most talk about is the best way, Juventus (players, managers, (Jack could do a secco slag off time where people can get stuff offtheir chests) transfers, with our guru mark and something eps like league and tactics.
We could also have fun call in games and stuff.

good idea, altough it will be hard to keep people participating in the longer run. definitely worth a try, though.

    Anything new?

Yea, Jack and I had a run-through on the live broadcast, perfect when one person was hosting the broadcast. The problem is the more hosts added cause a lag time that is not easy swallowed.

Jack on his own was fine, but when we did it together, just between the two of us there was literally 17 seconds of lag from me speaking, his hearing, his replying, and my hearing.

We are thinking of other options and are trying to go in a couple different directions. I guess we'll let you know what is going on when we figure out what the deal is.
