Poor first half again and only really created 1 chance.

I’d love to see our passing heat map. Back line and wings with about 1% of our ball possession being in the final third.

The way we defend this game is heading for a draw. I’m seeing the same kind of performance here as against fiorentina
Great response after the mauling by Fiorentina

0 pressing. 2 shots on goal. 3000 sideways and backwards passes.

So many 2010/11 vibes from this squad now. It’s insane.

Standard Juve under Pirlo. Underwhelming.

I don’t care how they win comes as long as it does.

As much as we suck we're in a position of our own making. I make parallels to the 2010 side because we're now in a position of intense pressure, where we're OBGLIGED to now win every game we play. Every game. When you have to win it means players panic and rush things, no clear thought. So yeah, we have to win this game by any means. Next game is obviously huge but it's twofold because we have to win it regardless of the opponent. Then if and when a gap shrinks we gain a bit more confidence, pressure starts to shift a little to others, the leading teams start looking over their shoulders. But until that point this game is Ground Zero for us, and I reckon that if we don't win tonight then it answers all the questions anyone should have about the capabilities of this team and coach.

I hate when we are pressed and Ramsey stays so fucking high on the pitch, nearly the same position as Dybala/Ronaldo. This leaves Alex Sandro no option to exchange pass, force him to clear out ball and lost possesion. If that is on Pirlo's tactics. It is so stupid
Dybala is right next to Bentancur 50% of the time so there's something wrong with this analysis...

Which is not surprise hiring a coach with zero experience was always going to be a gamble

The pressing tactics of Pirlo is a bullshit tactic. Team plays pressings well like Liverpool or City is all pressing on opponent center back by their striker and two winger. They also commit many small tactical fouls to break up their opponent's flow pattern. With Pirlo and Juve, Ronaldo can not press all the times, it is understandable as he is 35 now. So Pirlo makes the midfielder to press opponent CB, so leaving a huge hole in the midfield for opponent to find space. That is tactical suicide.

We sold both and still nearly won the treble in 16/17.

Under Paratici, with huge investments made, we are nothing in Europe and might even miss out on the CL for the first time in a decade.
The position our midfield is in today because Marotta sold our key players it was Allegri genius that took the best out of our squad

Might as well turn the TV back to American football. Never seen a superior side so DELIBERATE on offense. Slow pass after slow pass again and again. Love the time ball almost in Udin's goa area and progresses to Bonucci's awkward pass back to goal and they eventually get a chance to score. So many cautious passes backward when really not pressured to do so. Then Ramsey has ball and should immediately clear and let's the opponent take it and close in on goal.

Possession possession possession FUCK POSSESSION!!!

There is no counter pressing?

Our own hubris will be our downfall.

The club has been in a clear and obvious decline since firing Marotta. One of the worst decisions we’ve made in the last 9 years.
Imagine hearing back in 2018 that we refused cr7 because of Marotta. You would ask for his head on a platter.
Also we nearly won the cl because allegri is a master tactician, Marotta just threw wrenches in the spanner.

We've done it all season. They seem to try to play killer passes every time they touch the ball. Just get the ball down and calm down, we are ridiculously open enough without risking turnovers every time we have the ball.

We play like a bunch of individuals. I've lost count of the amount of times Ramsey has been wide open and nobody has been able to get him the ball.

Dybala next to Bentancur when we are in possesion. He stay high when we are pressed, it is ok because he is strker/ AM. But why Ramsey is stay higher on pitch when we are pressed, that is bullshit because he is midfileder, and he need to drop back and make an exchanged pass to help team break the pressing

Marotta has left nearly 3 years ago. Plenty of time for Secco v2 to properly replace both Vidal and Pogba. Most of these players have been brought in by Paratici. Stop blaming Marotta for this teams current failings. It’s borderline retarded
