It's managers job to get best out of them. Ship these guys to merda and meelan and watch them turn back into good players. Other than frabotta who can't be blamed because he was shit from the start.
I'd agree that it's not his fault our owners decided it'll be a good thing to hire a rookie coach. At the same time he took the job that is hard and ungrateful even for top coaches. Not sure if he's stupid or thinks too highly of himself.
