The first 10-15 minutes after the start of the second half are going to be the most telling for us imo. Obviously, I would assume Barcelona will respond to this and switch things up, how we respond will really tell us what we can expect for the rest of the season.

We've been, dare I say it, smart. Went full tilt at the start and pressed them high, got the goals and now we are waiting for them to make a mistake so we can hit them on the counter.
I fear we are falling asleep

Obvious thing for them is to take French dandy off and put Braithwaite up front and get more balls into the box. Playing all in front of Juve is much easier for us, because as brilliant as he is they can't just presume Messi will score or assist from nothing.

Tactically it's more the opposite to what Juve normally face in the league. We have all the ball and get bogged down in the central areas, then look under pressure committing fullbacks forward in attack. With the players we have up front it makes us very dangerous here. Arthur controls the ball well, and McKennie has the legs to support. This suits us more than Serie A, but it's nothing like any league game you'll see.

Where did that half come from? Excellent performance for the first 30 mins.

We've dropped back a bit too much though and been a bit open in the last 15. Both midfielders have done well, being overly critical both should get closer to Messi and Pjanic has found space a few too many times around the box. McKennie also just needs to calm a bit (you can hear Buffon telling him that).

We've been a bit rash with our passing too, but night and day from our other performances this season. I think this back 5 is a far better option for us, Alex Sandro brings us the balance we have been missing.

Also I forgot how annoying Barca are with their constant whinging and running up to the ref.
