I agree. Outside of one very good cross in the first few mins, he hasn’t offered much at all. But he looks pretty decent defensively, saw him get stuck in a couple of times.

I think both of the mids have done a better job protecting the defence than in previous games but I agree the press is leaving a bit of a gap. A big issue is when the front 3 press but without much effort. Lazio easily get past it and we scramble a bit to pick up the spare man.

Organised and disciplined as in Lazio is clueless what to do, yeah. But playing very well is creating chances in my book. We barely had any chances apart from the goal.
