I don’t think we realise that this isn’t the same Napoli of the past 4-5 years and that they are weak af at the moment, in terms of their form and mixing key personnel. We’re just extremely passive and seem not to want to take any risks. Hope to see more incisiveness in the second half. Maybe Douglas to come on and hurt them with his speed and trickery, because right now it’s all very one-paced and oredictabke.

Really bad half from Sandro, Matuidi and Cuads imo. There are no runs from midfield in to the channels and there is no width. How do you expect to create chances?

I think Sandro has had a good game. He has defended very well and read situations to prevent a couple of dangerous attacks. He has also made himself available and kept possession well when often working in tight spaces.

Sure he hasn't marauded down the wing and swung in crosses, but when you look at it there is no room for him and nobody in the box.

Hook Higuain or Dybala for Doug C and go full 4-3-3 to open them up. Nipples look scared/ low on confidence, take advantage of it.

4312 in general is mediocre unless you've got incredible players for it. We've been winning in spite of that formation not because of it and once we come up against a decent side, who are taking few risks, its exposed for its impotency.

I said before kick-off that we'd take a point from this one given the other results, I've seen nothing to suggest otherwise. I didn't expect Napoli to be quite so defensive, but they are going to make us take a point if they do that all game. It's up to us to increase our tempo and take some chances.
