Same last year, to an even greater extent. We were terrible without him to start than season, and his return after Sassuolo coincided with the beginning of our winning run.

While Marchisio is on 10 minutes and probably demanded the ball and gotten it more then Pjanic does in two games.

No leadership and bad mediocre players. Imo, it would only have been slightly better with Pogba (with Marchisio not playing).
