We have been far too timid. We should be making this into a battle, they love possession so we should be in their face trying to stop them passing it around, not letting them have as much of the ball as possible.

I really don't like this 4-4-2, it didn't look good against Napoli and has been the same again today. It's just not balanced without a winger on the left, Pogba is too narrow and Dybala keeps going out to the wing taking away a threat up front. Plus with Muller making late runs into the box we could really do with the extra centre-back of a 3-5-2.

Such a ridiculous approach to the game. To allow bayern to dictate possession and not press them is footballing suicide. We let them get settled passing it around the back by which point it becomes impossible to take the ball off them unless we boot it straight back to them

On the flip side we have a throw in our own half and on 5 different occasions I've counted 7 bayern players in OUR half pressing the ball.
