Definitely disagree. We have 2 Italian teams playing an official Italian competition, this is not a friendly. Ultimate responsibility lies upon Serie A, obviously.

Yea it doesn't work that way but nice try. It may be an Italian cup but the host country is responsible

The field is terrible. It can't be, that 20 different players suddenly forgot how to stop the ball. Almost all of player from the both teams could't stop the ball while receiving it at least once some even multiple times. That's sad.
