Typical cup final, 100mph stuff

Lazio have been running like madmen and haven't allowed us much time on the ball. It will be difficult to keep that up.

Evra, Barzagli and Vidal have been great.

Pogba has been terrible, he just hasn't got his form back yet.

Lazio have been really intense, which has denied us to find our rhytm. Lazio have done well. But I don't think they have the stamina to continue doing this for 90 minutes. I have a good feeling about the 2nd half.

This should be Pirlo's last season with Juve. All he does in open play now is pass it around with the CBs which is unnecessary and slows everything down tremendously.
Yeah,he's soooo slow.sadly but i think for the best that he should not continue for another season here.
Or accept to hit the bench, which won't happen i guess.

Lazio have their plan spot on, but we can do a lot better.

Pirlo/Llorente for Marchisio/Morata also slows us right down so we have little tempo or counter threat. 3-5-2 faced with a similar formation compounds that. Lazio have turned it into a midfield pitched battle and we have someone who just turned 105 in one of our corners, and Pogba who looks well out of sorts alongside him. They are smart with the quick ball and set piece/cross routine, plus they actually have some speed to counter.

This is a lot like Conte in Europe (i.e. a big game) because it is essentially his team, compact 3-5-2 with slow players and slow ball. I wonder if Allegri will try to change it with Pereyra, or just hope for someone to pull another bit of quality in a tight game.

Yep, hasn't been a great game for us, but unless pioli has something in mind once his team tires, we should be ok.
