Most of all we need to play our own game and be more direct at the edge of the box. We aren't making the usual passes e.g. when we pass it around the back and Lichsteiner is open we are going long, losing the header and it comes straight back. In Serie A we would pass to Lichsteiner and start a move. We have shown them too much respect.

Penalty was soft, I know there is contact but the guy was begging to go down and left his foot for any contact. I think he was falling down regardless if he was touched and did the exact same fall for his dive where he fell with his right leg looking like it was touched. But Chiellini shouldn't have been so stupid.

The penalty was a clear penalty, but this is a little ridiculous since, and if you can't see that, you're blind.

Same with the first leg. Carvajal not getting at least a yellow for his last man penalty giveaway in the box was absurd. It allowed him to get a second yellow later.

What was ridiculous, the foul on Tevez? I didn't even see it in slow mo so I don't really have a good idea of what happened. But so far that's been the only instance where you can debate a bad call by the ref.

We are starting to get involved in nonsense. The ref is clearly not good enough for this game, the first pen was soft, the second shout was worse, we haven't had a call in midfield. Saying that a few of our players have frozen a little, and Lichtsteiner looks like a weak link right now, surprising for him in a big game.
