All I can say is this was coming from the end of last season we were exactly the same. The whole team needs a re-work in formation and tactics. Long balls all the time from defenders might work against Lazio wont work against decent teams in the CL. The team is just flat no hunger or desire to go forward and win the game.

i think this is the beginning of the end for contes tactics and team. guts and grinta and defensive solidarity took us this far. when the guts are gone, and we are making mistakes EVERY game, we are not good enough offensivly to come back.
