We are (yet again) getting a lesson on how to play against our 3 back line, forcing it to be 5 backline, and just keep possession in midfield since we are fewer there pressurring since thier wingforwards pin back our wingbacks completely, even worse its easier for them to keep possession because neither Marchisio or Vucinic play high enough as forwards to pressure their defenders who are holding majority of the possession. Just congested in central mid without actually getting anywhere there. Plus kinda embarrassing how embarrassing we are at not being able to cope with their high pressure line when are starting from the back.

You could use Pirlo. 3412 is really just a 352 but with a player to link the midfield and attackers. But yeah, you wouldn't want to play Pogba or Marchisio behind the strikers. Someone in a role like Kaka when he was at Milan would be ideal for the position.

Hungrier, and the directness of the 433, which remained freshn enough in the players minds even when we made the shift to 352 last season itself. This season, we've just completely lacked the intensity, instead absorbing the pressure of the other teams and then countering it.

we played a lacklustre match against them @ san siro, and today same scenario with differrent flavour. They are playing very compact, elsharaawy is playing more a like midfielder and then breaking with pace. the midfield is too crowded and they are pressing more than juve.
