Or fucking unlucky not to be 2:0 or 3:0 up. Iirc Merda didn't create a single chance and we did have 2-3 nice chances, Marchisio's one being a 100% one.

If we plan to take the same approach from the last 25 minutes, then Mirko should be subbed out and a faster player should replace him. That counter when Giovinco passed the ball and the Inter player managed to get it before Mirko, was gonna be a goal or a missed chance if we had a faster striker.
Well, they did have the ball across the line once...

Isla should have come in instead of Licht, not Caceres.

Our only problem is the final third. Surprise surprise. The Mirko - GIovinco partnership isn't working. Put Matri on.

Lichtsteiner was lucky not to be sent off.
Really lucky, although I believe that technically he shouldn't have been carded because the whistle for a throw in came at the exact same moment with the foul. Not his fault that the refs were late with the throw in call, so Licht's unintentional foul came when the game was stopped, so it was a correct call not to give him a card.
He was bad in defense too, or at least he wasn't fast enough for Nagatomo.

If by fine you mean losing every single ball he touched, sure.
YEA MAN AGREE! he had a lot of chances to provide good passes but always end up taking a touch too many, ending up loosing the ball/drawing a foul. His good skills will go to waste if he doesnt provide the final ball at the right timing.

Disagree, Inter's threat all comes down the left, and Caceres is more defensive-minded. I know we want to see domination and rampaging fullbacks, but this game doesn't call for that right now. If we had been 2-0 up you would probably have seen Isla instead. Alessio will want to keep the game tighter, bearing in mind how shaky the Inter back three has looked.
