It's not about the formation, so what will happen if we go 4-3-3 and the players still lazy standing in the field as if we are already won the game?
We are playing a lot of games and all the players seem like they wanna save some energy for next matches forgetting that they are already PLAYING a game!

Indeed. I might turn it off.

We don't have players for the three upfront.
LWF is where Giovinco is best anyway. Could go with a Gio-Bendter/Matri-Isla trident. Depends on Isla's fitness levels though. But we can't totally reshuffle shit now when there are so many players on the field that deserve a yank.

Giovinco as our target man is a failure even against the likes of Siena. I wonder why neither one of Conte or Carrera realize that.

Our chance in this one: 1) Play approximately 15-20 % better than what we did in the first half, where I really feel we only gave 80-85 % of what we're capable of. 2) Hope that Siena get more tired than us as the game progresses.

If anything, they'll be more motivated like ever before in this match.

Even without subs, we can easily turn this.
Our weakest link individually is DC, who was horrible defensively, but what matters the most is that the majority of our players are underperforming.
We have underestimated Siena, hopefully this goal will determine us to wake up rather sooner than later.
