The good and the bad with 3-5-2? When the midfield is dominating the ball, then 3-5-2 is fantastic. But when the 3 man defence ends up being forced to dominate the ball, 3-5-2 is not as good. Basically we need the midfield do do a better job.

Still prefer 4-3-3 over 3-5-2, Lichtsteiner is to heavily marked and instead all the space is for Bonucci (maybe we should move Licht there if that continues)

Definitely need to change formation. I know it is a team game, and Conte has certain formations he likes as well as playing through Pirlo.. but Giovinco is wasted running around as a CF. Put on Matri, and play Giovinco behind Vucinic and Matri. Take off a tiring Pirlo. Or do something at least, Lichsteiner has been pretty awful, and we have no creativity or spark. No proper runs.
