Catania played almost a perfect half from a defensive point of view.

His workrate is perfect, which is a must in order to find space in such a tight Catania defence. His concentration and team work has also been better today compared to his recent games - Still not good enough, but give him some credit for improving.

We need a more physical presence in the box instead of Vucinic.. Anelka or Matri would do..

Also, BonBon needs to stop those long balls..

All in all, I actually think we played a very good half. If we only allow Pirlo to make trough-balls, and if we play with a bit more patience in attack, we will win for sure..

apart from those two Vucinic moments we haven't created much danger, we need to do more upfront, especially on the sides, Pogba isn't doing much in final third unlike Vidal, Assamoah is having an off game, Licht also should improve. I liked Marchisio getting involved more and our dominance in defense, no way they're getting past Chiellini or Barza today.

Would be nice gamble since Catania defending with everyone except Gomez. But I find that unlikely to happen (except maybe last 10-15 mins), dont think Conte will give up this shape vs a team using the same one (though its more like 5-3-2 then 3-5-2).
