First thing first, as much as I hate to say it, Quag is plain awful.
Can't understand why Conte chose him in front of Matri, especially when he's playing in a 2-man front next to Vucinic, who's a similar type of player.
Swap him off for Matri, and get Esti, who's also did nothing special except for breaking Milanovic's nose, off for Pepe/Giac.
Play 4-3-3. They do nothing as far as attacking football goes, so we can switch to a 4-man defence. Once we have 2-on-1 on the sides, we can outplay them.

Why wait though till the 70th? We need them on much sooner. We can make the subs now, it won't make a difference because Palermo are doing nothing as of now.
