Yes and no. Def yes for next year but for this year I disagree. Gia once again showed he can have a good day in his Marchisio position. To me Nainggolan would backup Vidal and Marchisio, but ability wise he adds nothing else than what already have in Vidal. Next year he would be a good addition. Someone we can replace Vidal with when Vidal is injured or out of form. This year we have Marrone and Gia for this and worst case scenario Pazienza. I say, don't splash out until after the season when we have evaluated our midfield and know what we have and don't have.
