Krasic is always looking to get into the middle to try and get more balls, and Del Piero doesn't have the required speed to play on the wing.

I say we should turn it to a 4-2-4.
Move DP into the trequartista position behind Quag, and move Giac to the left side.

None of the members of this team have played together. Can't expect them to light the stage on fire already.

Switching formation doesn't matter, what matters are how the player move on the field. So far has been sort of in the middle of nowhere or on the left. Conte could just as well say "hey we're playing 5-3-2 now" and the players would still be using the same spaces as they are. Unless he would restrict them. Del Piero is right now acting as a treq anyway and Quag as a sole striker.
