it does - it's exactly what I told you earlier - the ref interpreted Marchisio's flick/shot as a shot on goal which put an end to the attacking play and castellazi didn't prevent Marchisio from taking that shot i.e. he didn't foul him before or during the shot.
had Marchisio flicked it aside, it would have been a PK.

some refs would give a PK for this, some wouldn't - it all depends if one interprets Marchisio's flick as a shot on goal or as an attempt to continue the atacking play.
It was more of a 50-50 situation and not as clear as a PK one as many people here would like to think, for obvious reasons :)
