Lol at all those who believe it was not a penalty. It couldn't be any clearer than that. Even if there was no ball involved, even if there was no chance of scoring a goal, what the keeper did was a foul so it was a penalty. No doubt about that.
Altobelli: Clear penalty and a red card.

That's coming from an Inter legend :D

The wall did go wide but he was still fouled. That's a PK.

How many times have you seen a player pass the ball and then get fouled (when not in possession) and the ref calls a foul? Millions of times. The rules don't change because it was in the PK box.
Exactly. It was a 100% foul, occurred in the penalty area, thus a penalty kick.

Elia for Vucinic a few minutes into the second half. Put Pepe on the right and let Elia try and have his way with their defense.
The only reason not to do it is perhaps Elia's lacking the sense of importance for that kind of game.

Marchisio was doing a spin move at that time and had his back to the keeper.
since the keeper had no chance to make himself invisible its not the keepers fault that marchisio falls into him instead of jumping over him...

its like when players play the ball past a defender in the box and then just run straight into the defender to earn a penalty ... that wont work
