Because teams like Genoa, Chievo, Palermo, Catania, Siena, Cesena etc. have nothing to lose when they play Juve. They just say "fuck it" and go at it with all they've got. They've already budgeted with a loss, anyway, so they see everything they can get out of the game as a bonus. It's like fighting with someone who doesn't give a shit whether or not he's gonna die.
